Account deletion
Delete your account.
You can request deletion of your OgamicX account and all associated personal data at any time. Here's how.
- 1Email us at [email protected] from the address linked to your OgamicX account.
- 2Use the subject line "Account deletion request" so we can route it quickly.
- 3We'll verify your identity and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel through your App Store or Google Play settings first to avoid future charges. Some data may be retained briefly where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
